Air Conditioning Installation Everton Park
Everton Park mixes townhouses, units, older houses and busy shopping strips along South Pine Road. We install split systems for all of them, with landlords and small business owners in mind.

Air con for Everton Park's mix of homes, rentals and shopfronts
No two jobs look the same here, so we start by working out who needs to say yes before anything is installed.
Everton Park was known as Kedron, after Kedron Brook, until 1891, and part of it was called Bunyaville in the 1890s. Its current name comes from the Everton Park Estate, and Everton itself was the home of pioneers William James and Ambrose McDowall. Bunyaville State School opened in 1934 and was renamed Everton Park State School in 1954, with the state high school following in 1961.
The suburb has kept growing, passing 10,000 residents in 2021, and back in 2011 more than a quarter of people already lived in semi-detached or higher-density homes. That means plenty of townhouses and units with shared walls and body corporate rules, plenty of rentals, and owners who want air con installed with minimum disruption to tenants.
Everton Park also has a strong retail side, with the North-West Homemaker Centre on South Pine Road and a Coles-anchored centre at South Pine and Stafford Roads. Smaller shops, studios and offices nearby often need a split system or two for staff and customers, and we can help with those as well.
Connex Electrical is based in Mango Hill and reaches Everton Park via the northside's main roads, including South Pine Road and Old Northern Road. Also see EV charger installation in Everton Park and Electrician Everton Park.
Installing in a rental property
We can deal directly with your property manager to arrange tenant access, and keep the job to a single visit where possible. You receive a certificate of compliance for your records.
Choosing a reliable mid-range unit and having it serviced each year keeps maintenance calls down between tenancies.
Townhouses and shared walls
Condenser placement in a townhouse complex usually has to follow body corporate rules, and noise near a neighbour's bedroom matters. We provide unit specifications and proposed locations so you can apply for approval first.
Where outdoor space is tight, a multi-head system can run two or three rooms from one condenser.
Small shops and offices
A small retail space or office can often be cooled with one or two wall or ceiling-mounted splits. We check the tenancy's power supply, discuss any landlord or centre requirements, and quote after a free assessment.

Everton Park air conditioning FAQs
Can you arrange access with my tenants?
Yes. Give us your property manager's details and we will organise a time with the tenant directly. We let you know when the job is done and send the paperwork.
Do you install air con in small shops and offices?
Yes, for small tenancies that suit split systems. We check the power supply and any landlord or centre requirements, then quote after a free assessment.
Where can the condenser go in a townhouse with a small courtyard?
Often on a wall bracket to save floor space, or on the garage wall if the pipe run allows. Your body corporate may have rules about this, so we help you get approval first.
Is a multi-head system better for a two-bedroom townhouse?
It can be when there is only room for one outdoor unit. If space allows two condensers, separate splits are often simpler and cheaper to repair. We explain both options.
What size unit suits an Everton Park unit's living room?
Many living areas in units and townhouses suit 3.5 to 5 kW, depending on size and sun. Our sizing guide explains how to work it out.
Do you handle general electrical work for rentals?
Yes, including safety switches, lights and power. See our Everton Park electrician page.
