These terms and conditions govern your use of the Connex Electrical website and our electrical services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Connex Electrical provides residential and commercial electrical services across North Brisbane. All work is performed by licensed electricians holding current Queensland electrical licences and QBCC certification.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Connex Electrical are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. We provide upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, EFTPOS, and bank transfer.
Warranty
All electrical work performed by Connex Electrical comes with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products and materials installed. Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
Liability
Connex Electrical holds comprehensive public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We collect personal information only as necessary to provide our services. Your information is stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Licensing
Connex Electrical is fully licensed and insured under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC). All work complies with Australian Standards and Queensland electrical safety regulations.
